Great for birthdays, weddings, Christmas, Mother’s Day or pregnancy gifts - or just to indulge that special person in your life!

Please call us or send us an email to - credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard) or online bank deposits are accepted. 
Vouchers can be be redeemed for specific treatments, products or packages.
(The bearer of the voucher may also change the type of treatment should they choose*)

Valid for 12 months from date of purchase**

Please advise if you have a voucher at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to charge extra where an added service has clearly been provided and this will be discussed with you at the time of treatment.  All service & product prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice at Beauty Haven's discretion.  Printing & typographical errors are exempt from pricing claims and are subject to correction.

Date range may be modified (shortened) for vouchers purchased during specials, promotions, GrabOne deals or sponsorship/fundraising. Vouchers are subject to the current deal at the time of purchase.  Subject to change at management's discretion.  Gift vouchers have an expiration date printed on them.

Please Note: CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS                  
From 1 August 2016, the BNZ credit card merchant fee will be added to all Visa & Mastercard payments @ 2.5% rate. 
This fee can no longer be absorbed by Beauty Haven sorry.  No added fees will be added to Eftpos debit, direct transfer
or cash payments.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you with your chosen service.  
Please arrive 5-10mins prior to your booking.  
If you require email, text or phone reminder for your appointment, please advise.
Late arrival could reduce your reserved treatment time or result in postponement of the appointment with penalty fee.  If you need to amend your booking time or service type, we ask for 24 hours notice to avoid penalty fee.  NO-SHOWS incur 100% fee of the booked treatment value which must be paid before any future appointments can be made.  This will be deducted from your credit card or to be paid on invoice.
 Credit card details or deposit may be required to reserve certain bookings.  
This is particularly important during holiday periods, as appointment times are in high demand and usually a waiting list of stand-by customers is pending any change.
